Thiruvananthapuram, June 7 -- Environmental activist Sridhar Radhakrishnan has expressed optimism about the new government's commitment to environmental protection and climate resilience after meeting Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan at the Secretariat on World Environment Day.
During the meeting, Radhakrishnan presented a book to the chief minister and discussed the Environmental Charter for Kerala - From Forests to the Sea: A Governance Manifesto, prepared by environmental groups. He outlined its key proposals and stressed the need for collaborative efforts to address Kerala's environmental restoration and climate resilience challenges.
