New York, July 3 -- England winger Anthony Gordon played a major role in his side's comeback from 1-0 down against the Democratic Republic of the Congo on Wednesday,providing two assists for Harry Kane to score the goals that booked England a last-16 spotagainst Mexico.
Kane's two goals took his tournament tally to five and his England total to 84 goals in 118 appearances, and Gordon could not hide his admiration for his international captain.
