New Delhi, July 13 -- Stephen Fleming's 18-year association with Chennai Super Kings came to an end on Monday after the five-time IPL champions and their long-serving head coach mutually agreed to part ways following a string of disappointing seasons.
The franchise confirmed that the decision was reached after a series of "open and honest discussions" between Fleming and the CSK management, bringing to a close one of the longest and most successful coach-franchise partnerships in IPL history.
