Hyderabad, Feb. 26 -- Telangana Labour, Employment, Mines and Geology Minister G Vivek Venkatswamy on Thursday said that employees are the true brand ambassadors of every organisation and stressed the need for progressive, employee-centric HR practices for sustainable growth.
Addressing the 3rd HR Summit organised by ASSOCHAM at HICC Novotel here, the Minister said employee satisfaction is directly linked to productivity and long-term organisational success.
