Dharamshala, Aug. 3 -- Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) Vice Chairman Ajay Verma on Monday described the approval of an electric bus depot for the Kangra Assembly constituency as a "historic gift" for the region, calling it a significant step towards the area's development.
He thanked Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri for the initiative.
Addressing a press conference at his office in Kangra, Verma said the constituency had been selected for the electric bus depot among all Assembly segments in Kangra district.
