Panchkula, June 21 -- All India Congress Committee General Secretary, Congress Working Committee (CWC) and Sirsa MP Kumari Selja has launched a sharp attack on the Haryana government over rising unemployment, saying the fact that highly educated youth are being forced to compete for sanitation worker posts is a glaring indictment of the state's employment policies.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, she said the unemployment situation in Haryana has reached an alarming level, with lakhs of educated young people struggling to find jobs despite nearly two lakh vacancies reportedly lying unfilled in various government departments.
