Mumbai, May 2 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summons to Pratibha Chakankar, sister of NCP leader Rupali Chakankar, directing her to appear for questioning next week in connection with the Ashok Kharat case.
According to reports, the ED investigation is linked to alleged financial irregularities involving "Samata Patsanstha" and transactions connected to self-styled godman Ashok Kharat, who is under arrest.
Officials are reportedly examining financial dealings, communication records and possible monetary links associated with the case.
