Shimla, Nov. 11 -- The ED's special court has declared Rajneesh Bansal, MD of the Himalayan Group of Institutions, a proclaimed offender. The court acknowledged that the accused was deliberately avoiding court proceedings, and therefore, he has been declared a fugitive.
Notably, Rajneesh Bansal, MD of the Kala Amb-based Himalayan Group of Institutions (HGPI), accused in the money laundering case related to the high-profile scholarship scam, has been declared a proclaimed offender by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) special court.
