New Delhi, May 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday said that it has filed a chargesheet before a Special PMLA Court in Delhi against Tarbia Education Foundation, Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui, Vinod Kumar, and Shriom Chauhan.
The accused individuals were earlier arrested by the ED during the course of the investigation.
The ED initiated the investigation based on FIRs registered by Delhi Police under various sections of the IPC in connection with the fraudulent acquisition of land bearing Khasra No. 792, situated in Village Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi, through forged and fabricated documents, including General Powers of Attorney (GPAs) and other title documents.
