New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Bhopal Zonal Office, filed a chargesheet on Thursday against three persons for defrauding the Post Office of Rs. 1.50 crore.
The ED initiated its investigation based on an FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) in Bhopal, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Corruption Act against the three, Sanjay Kumar Irpachi, Anjali Vishwakarma and Karan Singh Jatav. The CBI had subsequently filed a chargesheet against several individuals in the case.
