New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Kolkata Zonal Office, on Monday said it has filed a chargesheet against Krishna Damani in a PMLA case registered by Kolkata police in an alleged siphoning of school funds of South Point Education Society (SPES). The Special Court has taken cognisance of the matter.
According to the ED, the investigation revealed that under the guise of availing manpower and other services, Krishna Damani diverted more than Rs 20 crore to entities owned and controlled by him and his family members.
