New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED), Panaji Zonal Office, on Friday said it has attached immovable property worth Rs 3 crore in a case relating to fraudulent investment schemes allegedly operated by Myron Rodrigues and others.
The ED initiated an investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) based on FIRs registered by the Economic Offences Cell, North Goa, and MHB Colony Police Station, Mumbai, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.
