New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) announced today that it has attached movable and immovable properties worth Rs 1.27 crore in a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) involving Santosh Kumar Sharma and others. The action was initiated by its Bhopal zone office.

A senior ED official stated that the attached properties include 27 immovable properties -comprising agricultural land and residential plots situated in the districts of Tikamgarh and Jhansi in - as well as funds lying in the bank accounts of Santosh Kumar Sharma, his wife, Sandhya Sharma, and his son, Ankit Sharma.
