New Delhi, June 15 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday announced the arrest of Sateesh Seth and Gautam Bhailal Doshi in connection with its ongoing investigation into the Reliance Anil Ambani Group (RAAG) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
According to officials, Sateesh Seth was arrested in an ECIR registered against Reliance Infrastructure Limited and others, while Gautam Bhailal Doshi was arrested in an ECIR concerning Reliance Communications Limited and others.
Sateesh Seth has been associated with RAAG for a considerable period and served as Group Managing Director (GMD), exercising control over key commercial and financial decisions across several group companies. He also held directorships in multi...
