Dharamshala, May 21 -- Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta on Wednesday said that economic development must go hand in hand with the preservation of cultural values, and stressed that the youth should become creators of employment opportunities rather than mere job seekers.
Addressing the Yuva Sangam programme organised under the 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' initiative at Central University of Himachal Pradesh in Dharamshala, the Governor said that in an era driven by artificial intelligence, innovation and startup culture, balancing technological advancement with cultural harmony was essential.
