Hyderabad, Oct. 21 -- The Election Commission of India (ECI) has urged citizens to actively use the cVIGIL mobile application to report any violations of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) during the Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency bye-election.
The app facilitates the swift redressal of complaints, ensuring action is taken within 100 minutes of reporting.
The cVIGIL app, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, allows users to capture and upload photos or videos of MCC violations such as the distribution of cash, liquor, or gifts; unauthorized use of loudspeakers; inflammatory speeches; or rallies conducted without prior permission.
