New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- The Election Commission of India on Wednesday rejected suggestions of an internal rupture within the poll panel, saying written objections, observations and technical suggestions by individual Election Commissioners were part of its normal functioning and that all decisions taken by the Commission over the past year, including those relating to the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, were unanimous.
