Kolkata, Jan. 22 -- In compliance with the Supreme Court's directions, the Election Commission will publish the list of voters with "logical discrepancies" in the electoral rolls, while also making public the list of 'unmapped' voters on January 24.

However, the apex court directed the ECI to publish the list with logical discrepancies and did not specifically mandate the disclosure of unmapped voters.

The commission announced this in a fresh notification issued on Wednesday, which also carried a strong warning against any attempt to disrupt the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process or take the law into one's own hands.
