Patna, Oct. 28 -- The Election Commission today issued a notice to Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor, popular as PK directing him to submit a written explanation within three days of allegations for possessing dual voter Identification Card, the one in Bihar and the other in West Bengal.

The notice was issued by the Returning Officer of Kargahar Assembly constituency and Sub-Divisional Officer (Land Reforms), Sasaram, following a report published in The Indian Express (Kolkata-Patna edition) claiming that Kishor's name figuring in the voter lists of both states.
