Chennai, Oct. 27 -- Reiterating their strong opposition to the Special Intensive Rolls Revision (SIR), the DMK and its allies tonight decided to hold an all-party meet on November 2 to chalk out a collective strategy to oppose the exercise alleging that the Election Commission's (EC) actions are not only controversial but suspicious.

A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the ruling DMK and its allies at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister MK Stalin at the DMK headquarters 'Anna Arivalayam' in the evening.
