New Delhi, Oct. 31 -- The Election Commission of India held a video conference today with 348 observers assigned to monitor both phases of the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections, scheduled for November 6 and 11.

The session was led by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, accompanied by Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.

The virtual meeting focused on evaluating the overall preparedness and adherence to voter facilitation guidelines to ensure a smooth and voter-friendly polling experience.
