Kangra, June 6 -- Kangra Valley experienced an earthquake on Friday late evening measuring 5.0 on the Richter Scale. The tremor lasted for a few seconds, with its epicentre located 18 km from Dharamshala towards the Chamba region. No major loss of life or property was reported from any part of the valley. A cement slab of a house at Palampur collapsed; however, no one was injured in the incident.
