New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is to represent India at a BRICS Virtual Summit being hosted today by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva to discuss the Trump Tariffs.
The Summit is to be held at 4.30 pm today.
