New Delhi, July 12 -- Delhi University Teachers' Association (DUTA) President A K Bhagi on Sunday said the University of Delhi administration and the Delhi University Principals' Association (DUPA) have acknowledged the "serious issues" surrounding the implementation of the four-year undergraduate degree programmes at the university.
In a statement, Bhagi referred to two recent communications, one issued by DUPA and another notification from the University administration, which have been widely discussed among the university community over the past few days.
