Dharamshala, May 1 -- Acting under the "Nasha Mukt Himachal Abhiyan," the police in Dehra subdivision of Kangra district have registered a case against a youth for alleged consumption of narcotic substances, police said here today.

Dehra district superintendent of police Mayank Thakur told UNI that the district police have been carrying out strict and effective operation against drug-related activities as part of the campaign launched by the Himachal Pradesh government.
