Hyderabad, Feb. 10 -- In a major crackdown on illegal wildlife trade, officials of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Hyderabad Zonal Unit, seized seven tiger nails and three tiger canine teeth on Monday.

Acting on specific intelligence inputs that certain individuals were attempting to sell protected wildlife articles in the grey market, DRI officials planned and executed a swift and coordinated operation.

During the operation, two suspected traffickers were identified and intercepted at the spot, a DRI statement on Tuesday.
