Sangli, Aug. 10 -- Maratha reservation movement leader Manoj Jarange-Patil on Monday issued a stern warning to the Maharashtra government, saying it should not "play with the future of children of the Maratha community", or face the community's response.

Addressing a large rally at the Bhavani Vidyalaya ground in Atpadi late Sunday night, Jarange-Patil launched a strong attack on the government over the alleged attempts to cancel registrations of members of the Maratha community, the issue of Kunbi certificates, OBC reservation and difficulties faced in accessing various government schemes.
