Bengaluru, June 18 -- Former India fast bowler Javagal Srinath delivered a strong and direct message to young cricketers, warning them against playing for television appeal and urging them instead to rely on natural talent, discipline and long-term skill development.
Speaking at a Maharaja Trophy T20 event in Bengaluru, Srinath said modern-day players often fall into the trap of trying to over-impress in front of cameras, which can disrupt their natural game and hinder growth.
