New Delhi, June 24 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Wednesday commenced construction work at the Central Secretariat Metro Station for the Central Vista Corridor.
The station is being developed under Phase V(A) as an extension of the existing Magenta Line from Janakpuri West to RK Ashram Marg.
The event was graced by the august presence of union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs and Power Manohar Lal.
In addition, Katikithala Srinivas, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and Chairman, DMRC was also present along with senior officials.
