Chennai, June 30 -- Senior DMK leader and Lok Sabha MP TR Baalu on Tuesday withdrew the defamation case filed against"We the Leaders" movement and former Tamil Nadu BJP President K Annamalai in connection with the DMK files released by him levelling corruption allegations against top DMK leaders.
The case dates back to 2023, when Annamalai, then State BJP chief, released a series titled "DMK Files," in which he made various allegations regarding the assets of several DMK leaders. Among them were claims related to Baalu's properties.
