Jamuai, April 26 -- Taking serious cognizance of the death of a patient due to an ambulance running out of fuel while transporting a patient from Jamui to Patna, the District Magistrate ordered to lodge an FIR in the matter.
The DM Naveen Sunday instructed for strict action along with lodging an FIR against all relevant parties as per rules.
Meanwhile, Jamui's Civil Surgeon cum District Health Committee Secretary has demanded immediate clarification from the cluster leader of ambulance service provider agency Zen Plus Private Limited.
The company has been asked to clarify why strict action should not be taken against them for this extremely serious negligence.
