Jaipur, May 29 -- Prof Devswaroop, founding Vice Chancellor (Kulguru) of the Baba Amte Divyaang University Jaipur and acting Vice Chancellor of Vishwakarma Skill University, was sacked from his twin posts following complaints of irregularities and favouritism in appointments.
Rajasthan Governor and the Chancellor of the state universities, Haribhau Bagade has removed Prof Devswaroop, on the report of a three-member high powered committee headed by Kota University Kulguru Dr Bhagwati Prasad Saraswat.
The Committee was constituted by the Governnor for inquiring into the charges and making recommendations.
