Dispute pending in Supreme Court for 14 years resolved through mediation under 'Samadhan Samaroh' in Kaithal

Satish SethKaithal, June 2 -- As directed by the Haryana State Legal Services Authority and under the "Samadhan Samaroh" conducted by the Supreme Court, a long-standing dispute pending in the top court for nearly 14 years was amicably settled through mediation.

This was made possible by the efforts of Kanwal Kumar, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Kaithal, and Chief Judicial Magistrate, and mediator Vijay Sharma.
