New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- Anti-microbial resistance (AMR) and digital health have been identified as priority areas in expanding India-France cooperation on artificial intelligence in healthcare, as the two countries inaugurated the Indo-French Centre for AI in Health (IF-CAIH) at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi on Wednesday.

The centre was launched by Health Minister J. P. Nadda and French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of the Rencontres Universitaires Et Scientifiques De Haut Niveau (RUSH- Conversation on Artificial Intelligence), a high-level academic meeting held at AIIMS on February 18-19 and coordinated by the French Embassy.
