New Delhi, June 12 -- union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday released two strategic documents under the Bharat Innovates initiative, highlighting India's rapidly expanding innovation and startup ecosystem emerging from higher education and research institutions and reinforcing the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
