Dharamshala, March 21 -- A special programme based on the "Farm to Fork" theme was organised by the State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM), Khaniyara, in Dharamshala on Friday, highlighting the journey of food from natural resources and farms directly to the dining table.
This was the second edition of the theme-based initiative in Dharamshala. The programme aims to ensure better prices for farmers' produce while enabling hotels to access fresh agricultural products directly, reducing dependency on middlemen and markets.
