Dehradun, April 29 -- Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday alleged that late Congress president Indira Gandhi became Prime Minister not as a common party member but for being daughter of country's first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
Dhami alleged that Congress party always believed in dynastic politics and prevented women's reservation bill in the special session of the parliament to stall the growth of country's one half population.
