Srinagar, March 7 -- Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir Nalin Prabhat on Saturday reviewed the overall security scenario, counter terrorism operations and law and order situation in the South Kashmir districts of Awantipora, Shopian and Pulwama, police said.
The DGP chaired separate high level review meetings with senior police officers and security officials to assess the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness in the districts.
At the District Police Office in Awantipora, Prabhat held a comprehensive meeting to review counter terrorism operations, both kinetic and non-kinetic, as well as the overall law and order scenario in the police district.
