New Delhi, June 21 -- : Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devender Yadav on Sunday extended greetings on the occasion of International Yoga Day and said that while yoga is an invaluable part of India's cultural heritage, the condition of several parks in the national capital raises concerns over public amenities and maintenance.

In a statement, Yadav said that yoga promotes a healthy body and mind and added that the Congress has consistently supported the promotion of yoga and healthy living. He, however, alleged that many parks across Delhi are suffering from neglect, inadequate upkeep and sanitation issues, affecting citizens who use them for yoga, exercise and morning walks.
