New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- : Delhi's Minister for Art, Culture & Languages and In-charge of North-East Delhi, Kapil Mishra, on Saturday said that development works across Delhi will gain fresh momentum as governance systems have been streamlined and infrastructure gaps are being addressed.
Addressing a gathering after inaugurating and laying foundation stones for multiple projects in Karawal Nagar, Mishra said that due to the absence of clear policy direction and intent in previous administrations, Delhi, despite being the national capital, lagged behind in the race for development.
