Panchkula, July 17 -- The Department of Posts has made it mandatory for all Group 'C' employees to file an Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR), bringing them at par with Group 'A' and Group 'B' officers in compliance with the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
According to an office memorandum issued by the department, the decision has been taken in pursuance of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) instructions under Rule 18 of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964. Until now, only Group 'A' and Group 'B' officers in the Department of Posts were required to submit the annual property return.
