Shimla, July 9 -- Himachal Pradesh BJP president Dr. Rajeev Bindal on Thursday accused Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh of displaying a "feudal mindset", asserting that leadership in a democracy is determined by the people's mandate and not by royal lineage. He also alleged that the Congress was resorting to personal attacks to divert attention from its governance failures and recent electoral setbacks.
