Shimla, May 9 -- Air connectivity in Himachal Pradesh is set to receive a major boost with Alliance Air resuming flight operations on the Delhi-Shimla-Delhi route from Sunday and launching Shimla-Dharamshala-Shimla services from May 11.
The development comes as part of the state government's efforts to strengthen regional air connectivity and promote tourism and economic activities in Himachal Pradesh.
According to official information, the Delhi-Shimla-Delhi flights will operate on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the flight will depart Delhi at 7:20 am and arrive in Shimla at 8:35 am. The return flight will leave Shimla at 11:30 am and reach Delhi at 12:40 pm.
