New Delhi, Feb. 25 -- The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of Delhi Police's Crime Branch has seized 1.022 kg heroin, valued at approximately Rs 6 crore in the international market, and arrested a peddler in the Trans-Yamuna area, an official said on Wednesday.

According to the police, the operation has revealed a family-run narcotics network operating in East Delhi.

The accused, 23-year-old Imran, alias Sher Khan, a resident of Kalander Colony, Dilshad Garden, was apprehended after a brief chase.
