New Delhi, March 5 -- The State Crime Records Bureau (SCRB) of the Crime Branch, Delhi Police, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), an official said on Thursday.
The certification recognizes the bureau's robust processes in managing digital crime records and enhancing citizen-centric services.
The ISO certification encompasses the online registration and processing of e-FIRs related to motor vehicle theft and property theft, e-NCR, zero cyber FIR, lost reports, and seamless integration of data with the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS) platform.
