New Delhi, April 10 -- In a major breakthrough, the Special Cell of Delhi Police has busted a sprawling espionage and terror network allegedly linked to Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the banned Khalistani outfit Babbar Khalsa International.

Eleven persons have been arrested in connection with the case.

According to sources, the accused were part of a well-organized module operating across Delhi and other parts of North India.

They had installed CCTV cameras at multiple sensitive locations, including areas linked to Army establishments, to monitor strategic movements. Investigations revealed that live feeds from these cameras were being transmitted to handlers in Pakistan through SIM-based systems. ...
