New Delhi, July 16 -- Manoj Kumar Jain, President of Sahyog Delhi (Regd.), has urged Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta to abolish or significantly reduce stamp duty and registration charges on property gift deeds executed between blood relatives and between spouses.
In a representation sent to the Chief Minister, with a copy marked to Delhi BJP President and union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra, Jain said the proposal is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Ease of Living", "Minimum Government, Maximum Governance", and "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas".
