New Delhi, Oct. 31 -- Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena on Friday referred to Sardar Patel's visionary thought in which he described the civil services as the "steel frame" of the nation, as he paid tributes to the country's first Home Minister Patel on his 150th birth anniversary.
Addressing a seminar at the Directorate of Training (UTCS) here on the occasion, LG Saxena hailed Patel for his unparalleled contribution to the unification of the country and the establishment of the administrative foundation of independent India.
