New Delhi, March 9 -- The Delhi High Court is currently hearing arguments on a plea moved by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) challenging the trial court's order in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy scam case, in which Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court had acquitted 21 accused, including former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
The hearing has begun before the bench of Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma.
