New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- Delhi experienced another spell of wet weather today, with light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning recorded across most parts of the national capital during the past 24 hours.
The Safdarjung observatory, Delhi's primary weather station, recorded 29.8 mm of rainfall in the 24 hours ended today morning at 8.30 am.
The rain kept temperatures well below normal, with the maximum temperature at Safdarjung settling at 29.1 degree Celsius , five degrees below normal, while the minimum was 24.6 degree Celsius, 3.8 degrees below normal. The maximum temperature fell by 1.5 degree Celsius over the previous 24 hours, while the minimum dropped by 0.4degC.
